Credit Solutions EU provides liquidity solutions for a variety of counterparties, including hedge funds, real and smart money, PE funds, banks and credit managers. The underlying collateral mainly consists of asset backed securities / portfolios, structured products, loans, liquid and illiquid covered bonds, corporate bonds across transactions that can be bilateral or triparty.
Your key responsibilities
The candidate will be involved in:
Assisting in end-to-end execution of transactions, including pricing, modelling, approvals and legal documentation. Conducting corporate credit analysis, building financial models, helping on documentation and internal approvals, and engaging with coverage and clients on origination.
