Description We are looking for an experienced finance leader to join a growing organization in Charlotte, North Carolina as a Long-term Contract VP/Director of Finance. This role will bring structure to financial planning and analysis by establishing a scalable budgeting and planning framework, strengthening reporting, and creating more effective business partnerships across the company. The ideal candidate can step into a fast-moving environment, quickly assess current gaps, and help the executive team build a more disciplined and forward-looking finance function.
