The Global Financial Markets (GFM) Division within DBS is seeking a self-driven, analytical and strategic thinker to join the COD Office – Strategic Programs Management function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on driving strategic programs and initiatives which are critical to the GFM’s short and long-term growth.
This is a highly visible role with opportunities to work with Management from Head Office in Singapore as well as from across GFM’s global offices in the execution of GFM’s business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Driving end-to-end change programs covering digital and business transformation, regulatory change, operational efficiency as well as controls and risk management.
- Engaging the GFM Business Desks for development of business ideas, preparation of the scope, deliverables, timelines and budget. In addition, establishing the business case and obtaining the necessary approvals to commence the execution.
