Primary location: KITTILÄ Salin Vuoropäällikkö, Grill It! Break Sokos Hotel Levi.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and operationally lead the service teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with the concept.
- Maintain guest satisfaction, quality, and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an à la carte/beer‑serving restaurant.
- Experience in supervisory roles.
- Enjoy providing customer service and working varied shifts on all days of the week.
- Desire to consistently exceed customers' expectations.
- Hygiene licence and alcohol licence.
- English language proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
