The Recording Head Operations team is looking for Supervisor. In this position, you willbe responsiblefordirectsupervisionof the operators. Oversee activities in a production area to meet production goals,quality,and costobjectives. This isC shift, Friday-Sunday, and every other Thurs from 6:30am to 6:30pm.Eventual shift rotation for business needswhen openingsoccuris possible. About the role - you will:
Responsible for direct supervision ofapproximately 25-40operators. Participatesin the evaluation and discipline of operators and may have input onrecommendationforselectionandhireof new non-exempt operators. Provides general supervision of a major factory unit with responsibility for quantity and quality of work, costs, methods, and the interpretation and enforcement of company regulations.
