The candidate must demonstrate an ability to effectively interact with customers in order to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and present menus promptly
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages in an efficient manner
- Keep the restaurant/cafeteria clean and stocked with supplies at all times
- Deliver outstanding customer service by meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations
- Cashiering duties as needed
- Follow hygiene regulations set by the establishment
- Adhere to health & safety regulations at all times
