Job Scope- Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, personalised service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages professionally, and responding promptly to guest needs and feedback.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, promotions, and dining concepts to confidently assist guests and enhance their overall experience.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations by maintaining service readiness, processing POS transactions accurately, upholding cleanliness standards, and supporting banquet, event, and in-room dining services when required.
