Waiter (Waterfall) Job Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to guests at Waterfall restaurant
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to service standards
- Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring proper mise‑en‑place
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service and dining areas
- Respond to guest requests and elevate issues when necessary
- Work closely with team members and kitchen staff for smooth service flow
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times
- Minimum 2 year of experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
