Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service in a professional and hospitable manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure the department outlet is organized and presentable at all times
- Work well individually and as part of a team cooperating with serving and kitchen staff
- Listen and respond to customer complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Always follow strict hygiene procedures and comply with Food & Beverage regulations
- Display knowledge of the food, wine, and liquor menus to support smooth service
- Perform standardized opening and closing procedures as outlined in the training manual
- Respond to customer needs, issues and comments, reporting relevant communication to Manager / Assistant Manager
Qualifications
- Highly qualified with at least 2-3 years experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels
