Job SummaryWe are looking for an attentive, friendly, and reliable Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system
- Communicate orders to kitchen and bar staff clearly and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
