Restaurant
We are currently recruiting for waiting staff within our Restaurant. The role will involve ensuring guest satisfaction withing a busy restaurant. The hours of work will involve both early mornings (typical breakfast shifts 0800-1200) and evenings (typical dinner shifts 1700-2330).
Conference & Banqueting
The role will involve helping out in different areas of the hotel, from serving at breakfast, to clear up from a function, to completing a service at a wedding. The role will also involve assisting our porters to set up rooms for functions. The role will involve moving of tables and chairs, polishing cutlery and glasses, setting tables, serving food, clearing after service, hoovering large areas of floors.
