We are looking for a skilled Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed guest expectations
- Ensure guest are satisfied with their food orders, beverages, and service standards
- Upsell food and beverage items throughout the meal with an impeccable knowledge of the Brand Standards
- Monitor guest's needs and promptly handle requests
- Develop a positive, direct, and open relationship with all colleagues
- Comply with health & safety, hygiene policies and procedure
Operations
- Be aware of restaurant skills and standards, ensuring these are followed
- Consistently follow the correct standards and Sequence of Service
- Work as part of a team to help colleagues whenever possible
- Make sure to understand the food and beverage Menus inside out
