We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join our close-knit team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing and stable environment for young people throughout the night
- Monitor and respond to the physical, emotional and behavioural needs of the children in your care
- Respond appropriately to incidents or disturbances and escalate where necessary
- Complete nightly health and safety checks
- Maintain a clean, tidy and homely environment
- Carry out administrative duties, maintain accurate records and complete handovers for the day team
