We are seeking a dedicated carer to work waking night shifts from 21:00 to 09:00 in Kettering. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our client who has multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and requires support with a CPAP machine, stoma, and catheter.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain a vigilant presence throughout the night shift, ensuring the client's safety and comfort at all times.Administer medication as prescribed and monitor the client's condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.Assist with the proper use and maintenance of the CPAP machine, ensuring optimal functionality and hygiene.Provide skilled care for the client's stoma and catheter, including cleaning, changing, and monitoring for any signs of infection or complications.Assist with personal care tasks, such as toileting, bathing, and changing posit...
