Our friendly team in Warrington are seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker for 35 hours per week. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you’ll be a calm and reassuring presence for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, helping them feel safe, supported, and valued throughout the night in their own homes.
You’ll be supporting some fantastic people, like Emily*, who loves getting stuck into a jigsaw puzzle, going out for lunch, listening to her favourite music and crafting. She would love someone who’s calm and patient to help her feel safe at night, so she's ready for the things she enjoys the next day.
You’ll check in regularly overnight to make sure Emily is settled and comfortable, and be there if she wakes up and needs a hand - whether that’s using the bathroom, having a warm drin...
