**Poultry Transfer Shuttle (Shag) Driver- 1st & 3** **rd** **shifts**
**Willmar Plant**
**Work Week:**
**8-10 hr shifts (5-6 shifts per week, 6** **th** **day scheduled as needed)**
**Positions Available:**
3
**Shift Description:**
**3** **rd** **shift (10:45 pm-7:45 am, Sun-Thurs)**
1st shift ( **7:45 am- 5:45 pm, M-F)**
**Non-Compete:**
**Pay Range:**
$17.25 - $24.00 per hour based on experience and training

**Job Responsibilities**
1. Operate overhead or mobile cranes safely and efficiently to unload materials prior to the start of each shift
2. Work in various climate conditions (cold, heat, wind, rain, etc.)
3. Lift up to 50 lbs. and use a dolly to raise and lower trailers as required
4. Collaborate with other drivers and management to coordinate the daily processing schedule
