Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage students residing in the hostel.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to hostel rules.
- Address student grievances and welfare concerns.
- Manage room allocations, attendance, and hostel records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Handle emergencies and communicate with parents when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in hostel/student management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage student welfare and maintain a positive residential environment.
