Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Lead to drive operational excellence across our supply chain network. This role will play a critical part in ensuring efficient distribution, strong inventory control, and high service reliability through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize logistics performance, maintain compliance standards, and scale operations effectively.
What You'll Do
- Design and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure on-time delivery through close coordination with logistics vendors.
- Monitor and analyze cost per drop and overall distribution performance.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for delivery delays or deviations.
- Oversee stock management, including regular audits across warehouse locations.
