Hire Resolve’s client in the Food Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Warehouse Assistant Manager to join their team in Hermanus, Western Cape.
Responsibilities
- Help with the day-to-day coordination of the relevant processing, store, and packaging teams
- Oversee the productivity of all team members
- Resolve any problems as they arise
- Full stock control function, packing, and exports
- Effective Warehouse Management
- Effective Staff Management
- Financial management, reporting and administration
- Compliance and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Procedures
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Stock Control, Logistics Management, Production & Supervision studies)
- 2 years’ supervisory/managerial experience in a Food Processing/Production environment
