Key Role & Responsibility Area
- Manage the daily warehouse activities such as GRN update (local and import), inventory adjustments/ transfer posting, storing order, generation of orders from WMS (pick slip, put-away, packing/ repacking, label) inventory discrepancy investigation
- Reviewing to confirm cargo packing requirements and instructions by customer prior to delivery
- Loading Cargo (container & trucks): Preparing cargo, check lot number and quantity for loading of goods according to written requests or orders
- Unloading cargo (container & trucks): This includes conducting quality inspection on (packaging of) incoming cargo of lot number, quantity, quality (for damaged goods) and for discrepancies between goods received and invoices or documents
- Coordinate with internal and external transporter in meeting delivery schedule
