Job Description

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Warehouse Operations:

  • Ensure inventory accuracy for warehouse.
  • Weekly/Monthly stock count and random stock check.
  • Pick and Pack of stock for outgoing transfer.
  • Ensure proper recording and filing of stock/bin card.
  • Assist Store Keeper in receiving/issuing of all inventories.
  • Stuffing/Un-stuffing of Container.
  • Handling of Product Service Request Form from/to Technical Service Department.

    • 2. Warehouse Maintenance:

  • Practice good handling and usage of warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Practice good warehouse housekeeping maintenance.

    • REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum ‘N’ Level with pass in English.
  • Able to handle physical work, to carry heavy load.
  • Possession of forklift license is advantageous.
