Job Description
Purpose of Position:
- To provide efficient day-to-day support for procurement and logistics department.
Duties & Responsibility:
- Receives inbound deliveries from customers, suppliers, and Courier / Freight Companies,
- Checks if the delivered goods match with the invoice and Purchase Order.
- Inspects the shipments if there is no sign of damage on the packaging prior to signing the delivery note / invoice.
- Mark the received goods to ensure that FIFO principle is maintained.
- Amend Purchase order (if necessary) and then perform Goods receipt process on SAP (MIGO)
- Pack the goods into the relevant Storage Locations / bins.
- Responsible for picking the goods and dispatch them for delivery to customers.
- Operates the warehouse forklift and other materials moving equipment.
