Warehouse Coordinator (Electronics & Communication Devices)

Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently.

Ensure goods are packed properly and prepared for timely delivery to customers.

Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control activities.

Conduct stock checks and assist in inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Prepare and maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse environment.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and delivery schedules.

Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse incoming and outgoing processes, including proposing new SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.

Carry out other general warehouse duties as assigned.
