Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage job requests received from customers and internal stakeholders through email and operational systems.
- Perform job intake, data entry, and maintain accurate documentation of operational activities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding job status updates, scheduling, and general enquiries.
- Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of daily activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational records in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the warehouse customer service team.
- Support additional operational and coordination duties as assigned.
