Position Purpose
Warehouse Coordinator role is the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that inventory flows seamlessly, product quality is maintained and inventory records are accurate. This is a high‑impact role that balances hands‑on inventory control with strategic administrative oversight and regulatory compliance.
The role is responsible for monitoring inventory levels against established safety stock targets, initiating procurement activities, and ensuring materials and supplies are delivered in accordance with defined standards. It also ensures adherence to written work instructions, policies, and procedures through audits, inspections, and job cycle checks.
The Warehouse Coordinator collaborates with service providers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure products are moved and available on time, supporting uninterrupted production by ensuring required resources are available when needed.
