Job Purpose
To lead the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring that all beverages are stored under optimal conditions and delivered to B2B clients (supermarkets, minimarts, hotels) and B2C customers with zero breakage and optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities 1. Specialized Inventory & Storage- Temperature & Quality Control: Monitor and maintain specific storage zones to ensure product integrity.
- Batch & Expiry Management: Strictly enforce FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to minimize dumping or stock write-offs due to expired beverages.
- Breakage Mitigation: Implement handling procedures and staff training to reduce shrinkage caused by glass breakage or pallet instability.
- Last-Mile Coordination: Oversee the daily dispatch of a delivery fleet, ensuring drivers meet tight delivery windows for Horeca (Hotel, Rest...
