Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive (Spare Parts) to manage the storage, inventory, and distribution of technical spare parts supporting plant operations. This role ensures materials are well-organized, accurately tracked, and readily available to support smooth and uninterrupted equipment operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of technical spare parts and materials
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock audits
- Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and identification of all materials
- Coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels
