Essential Duties and responsibilities
Lead the shift team members, motivating and ensuring their work is done in a safe and productive manner, assign daily labor; troubleshoot RF/WMS issues; validate manifests/load accuracy.Oversee cold-storage shipping/receiving for frozen goods (HLF/SQF/GMP compliant).Lead safety and compliance (pre-shift safety, EHS/SQF support, ammonia checks, EAP response, payroll, CHEP, DOT fleet oversight).Generate productivity reports. Process and share via SharePoint.
