Warehouse Manager
Salary $95-100K onsite in Brampton, Ont
The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and team leadership to ensure products are safely stored and delivered on time. This role is responsible for managing warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, improving operational efficiency, and supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure safe, productive, and accurate warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN and 5S methodologies
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, quality, and safety performance
