Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations, cost control, and KPI performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, audits, and FSSC 22000 standards.
- Drive accuracy in picking and receiving, with proper resource allocation.
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and health & safety standards.
- Lead risk management, preventative maintenance, and food safety initiatives.
- Plan and report on daily/weekly activities, budgets, and variances.
- Manage and develop staff through meetings, oneâonâones, and certification compliance.
- Grade 12 with Higher Grade Math plus a relevant tertiary diploma/degree.
- 57 years experience in warehousing, distribution, FMCG/QSR, and supply chain management.
