Job Description
What's your role?
- Lead and develop the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Own end-to-end warehousing from setup to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
- Establish SOPs, workflows, and a warehouse growth plan that scales with the business.
- Oversee logistics arrangements, including driver fleet management and delivery coordination.
- Plan and optimise warehouse space utilisation zoning, racking, and flow design.
- Implement and improve the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Lead order fulfilment during peak sales campaigns and D-Day events, working hands-on with the team.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
