Job Role: Warehouse Manager in Dungannon
Our Client is an expanding company supplying and distributing into the engineering, agricultural and construction industries. The Company has ambitious growth plans and would like to appoint a Warehouse Manager which will be a key leadership role in the business and growth plans going forward.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage 9-10 warehouse employees
- Ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently
- Make sure hiring, efficiency, motivation, and discipline are in line with company standards and company's ‘Code of Conduct’
- Help out supervisors and staff when needed
- Keep the warehouse safe and clean
- Update and monitor stock levels and oversee cycle counts
- Use the ERP system ‘Intact’ for appropriate stock management
