Your responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) to lead daily operations and help build what those operations look like at 2–3× today's volume. You will report to the European Team Lead Outbound.
- You own end-to-end warehouse operations: goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, palletising, shipping, and truck loading — every order, every day.
- You lead, plan, and develop a team of 7–8 warehouse staff: shift scheduling, absence management, onboarding, coaching, and building a resilient substitution structure.
- You track and improve operational KPIs: OTIF, picking productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, damage rate, and fleet utilisation — with weekly reporting to the European Team Lead Outbound.
- You manage inventory: cycle counts, weekly stock reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and coordination with purchasing and supply chain.
