The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Warehouse Manager who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. The successful candidate will be responsible for on and off-site warehousing projects and ensuring goals and objectives clearly support the Company’s Strategic Plan.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, material replenishment, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
* Ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to support manufacturing and forklift production requirements.
* Manages operational responsibilities consistent with TPS (Toyota Production System) principles.
* Build and sustain a lean warehouse culture through 5S, standardized work, visual management, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
