POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for a results‑driven Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, storage, and picking operations in a high‑volume distribution centre. This role is central to ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Purpose
Lead the warehouse team to deliver sustainable operations at the right cost and quality standards, while safeguarding staff well‑being and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budgets for labour, stock losses/damages, repairs, and machinery.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, FSSC 22000 standards, and food safety protocols.
Pass internal/external audits and close gaps within deadlines.
Drive continuous improvement in process, quality, service, and cost.
