Warehouse Operations Management:
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure smooth workflow and productivity by assigning tasks, setting priorities, monitoring progress, compiling data, and submitting reports in a timely manner.
- Oversee the receipt, inspection and storage of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse transactions.
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance the efficiency of the operations.
