Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Document and encode all raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and consumables receipts and issuances in the system timely.
- Receive raw materials from Warehouse and ensure quantity, integrity, and cleanliness of materials and pallets.
- Issue raw materials for Production based on Material Coordinator's instructions; accommodate urgent requests.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure weekly production requirements are available; report shortages immediately.
- Assist in month-end physical inventory counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of Production Warehouse; comply with cGMP and SSOP standards.
- Complete Production Warehouse forms/records accurately and report any nonconformities.
- Maintain forklift in clean and working condition; report concerns promptly.
- Communicate relevant information to other departments to support production and operational needs.
