- Ensure smooth daily operations within the distribution centre, including receiving, inspecting, and handling goods and return
- Manage inventory processes such as labeling, quarantining items, and monitoring picking and packing activities
- Coordinate and track picking jobs, ensuring timely completion and addressing issues like missing stock or cancellations
- Conduct quality checks on picked goods, delivery trucks, and ensure proper handover to transporters
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, drivers, and shipments while supporting overall warehouse operations
