Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound activities.
- Coordinate receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and maintain operational records.
- Liaise with customers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support implementation and usage of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Support warehouse setup and expansion projects when required.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
