We are looking for a responsible and organised Warehouse Operations Executive to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves managing inventory, preparing event items, coordinating deliveries and ensuring smooth operational flow for events and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory control
- Prepare, pack and check event equipment and items before deployment
- Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules and collection arrangements
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods and equipment
- Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist in warehouse organisation and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment and event items
- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure timely fulfilment
