Job Description

Warehouse Operations Manager

  • Address: Benoi Place (Joo Koon)
  • Timing: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm | Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm (Alt Sat off)
  • Salary: S$4000 to S$4300
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Operations Management
  • Familiar with SOP setup and warehouse operations
Job Scope
  • Setup and analyse daily operational work flows and processes to optimize deficiency and productivity by removing bottlenecks
  • Setup, implement, maintain and control SOP processes (inbound / picking / delivery / returns / inventory cycle counting)
  • Hold frequent meetings with warehouse team to bridge communications between top management and team on the ground
  • Train and supervise various teams on SOP and ways to monitor lapses and implement corrective actions with the aim of fostering a culture for accountability
