Warehouse Operations Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG Industry is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join their warehouse team POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff performance
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards (including FIFO)
• Drive process improvements and monitor key KPIs
• Utilise WMS/ERP systems for reporting and operational control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Knowledge:

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations or related field
• 3–5 years warehouse experience (FMCG preferred) with 1–2 years supervisory experience
