**Job Title:** Production Operator (1st Shift)

**Schedule:** Monday – Thursday, 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Production Operators support the production team by operating, cleaning, preparing, repairing, and monitoring the equipment used to mix, screen, blend, grind, mill, crush, and process bulk powder compounds. This position involves mixing and handling bulk materials, recording information about the production process, monitoring processing parameters, and participating in process improvements and work plan development.
**Note:** Due to respirator requirements, all candidates must be clean shaven to properly wear a dust cartridge respirator mask.
