Responsible for handling import and export permits, supporting regulatory activities (MOH submissions, registration, renewals, and regulatory reminders), and ensuring warehouse compliance and proper handling of medical equipment.

- Support regulatory activities, including MOH submissions, dossier preparation, product classification, registration, renewals, follow-ups, regulatory reminders, and coordination with relevant authorities.
- Handle MOH import and export permits for medical products, ensuring timely approvals and full compliance.
- Handle renewal of MOH licenses and ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the MOH-licensed point of contact for inspections, ensuring full readiness for MOH inspections and maintaining all related licenses.
