The Role:
To support the Senior Operations Manager and Warehouse Staff to work effectively within the DC, implementing the correct processes and practices across the warehouse Night shift team.
Job Specifics:
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Shift: Night (Charlie)
- Hours: 22:00pm - 06:00am (must be flexible to work weekends)
- Location: Hemel Hempstead, Boundary Way
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- All Operatives to be working at or above the DC expected target of 1200 cases per day
