Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments of food products
+ Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment
+ Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
+ Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
+ Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
+ Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
+ Work in refrigerated and freezer conditions as needed
+ Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
+ Previous warehouse or food handling experience is a plus
+ Ability to work in cold/freezer environments for extended periods
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
+ Basic math and communication skills
+ Forklift certification is a plus (not required)
