Subordinates: Warehouse Keeper
Ensure overall warehouse compliance with PEZA, DOLE, OSH, and DENR regulations.Establish, maintain, and improve SOPs covering operations, safety, environment, and complianceAct as accountable representative during audits and inspections.Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for compliance and environmental findings.Oversee full facilities management, including space planning, maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance.Manage environmental permits, reporting (if applicable), vendors, contractors, and third-party waste handlers.Do sourcing of materials used in the warehouse including packaging materials and arrange for equipment calibration.Negotiation with third-party waste handlers, repairs and maintenance.Ensure staff training on safety, environmental, and compliance requirements....
