Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead and guide warehouse staff, providing training, direction, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance and usage.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock movement, and staff productivity.
