Mission:
Ensure that all the duties of the overseeing department are carried out safely, accurately, and timely. Foster a culture that focuses on safety, people, quality, responsiveness, and cost.
Key Outcomes (KPI’S):
Outcome: Complete supervisor responsibilities to ensure proper oversight and support of the department
Develop, recommend and implement measures to improve WHSE methods, equipment performance, quality of product and safety of staff. Issue corrective actions. Assist with mid-year and annual performance evaluations. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Ensure KPI scorecard goals are being met or exceeded. Outcome: Lead employees and ensure employees in their area are trained properly
