- Perform and supervise all movements of materials in the warehouse, incoming, internal, outgoing.
- Manage the labor headcount, be sure that trucks are accommodated on time and minimize.
- All transactions should strictly respect the described procedures.
- All transactions must be documented, no trucks should leave the plant without proper SAP signed documentation.
- SAP transactions should be posted immediately. Real time posting.
- The warehouse should always be kept clean, floor swept, 0 spillage, 0 damaged bags.
- The warehouse should be neatly and efficiently organized.
- Items in the warehouse should be palletized as much as possible.
- Items in the warehouse should be identified.
